At Serenity Face & Body, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and staff, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice
   We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your spot to another client in need of our services.

2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows
   If you cancel within less than 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost. For no-show appointments, the full cost of the service will be charged.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
   To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (03) 9859 7666 or email enquiries@serenityfaceandbod.com.au. You may also cancel directly through our booking platform if you booked online.

4. Special Circumstances
   We understand that emergencies arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your situation.

5. Repeated Cancellations
   If cancellations or no-shows become a frequent occurrence, we may request a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.

At Serenity Face & Body, we take great care in providing high-quality products to our clients. However, please note the following terms regarding our non-refundable policy:

1. No Refunds on Products
   All sales of products are final and non-refundable. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Handling and Storage Responsibility
   After a product is purchased, we no longer have control over how the product is stored or handled. We advise that all products be kept in normal, safe conditions to ensure their quality and effectiveness. Products stored in inappropriate environments (e.g., extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight) may deteriorate, and we cannot be held responsible for any product issues arising from improper storage.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
   If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit for any faulty items, but no refunds will be issued.

4. Change of Mind
